[Professional Experience]

Todd A. Gray is the Co-founder and Vice President of Mannion & Gray Co., L.P.A. He is a 1995 graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where he obtained a Bachelors of Science degree, and was elected to the Ypsilanti City Council as a sophomore to become the youngest person ever elected to public office in the State of Michigan at that time. After graduating and serving his term on City Council, he attended the University of Toledo College Of Law, where he served as Moot Court Vice Chairman and graduated Cum Laude in 1999.

After graduation from law school, Todd was placed on the fast-track in terms of gaining significant trial experience. His trial experience began by successfully defending medical malpractice cases for many regionally-based hospitals, doctors and nurses. These cases involved a variety medically-related injuries and death. At that time, he also gained considerable trial experience successfully defending Ford Motor Company and Daimler Chrysler Corporation in cases involving claims of products liability, and Lemon Law and Consumer Sales Practices Act violations.

In recent years Todd’s trial experience has grown to include the defense of several catastrophic injury cases including, not only claims of medical malpractice and products liability, but also claims involving trucking and transportation, construction, and other workplace injuries. Many of these trials have involved traumatic brain injuries, paraplegia and quadriplegia, persistent vegetative state, and ventilator-dependency. Todd has recently expanded his practice to commercial litigation. His practice has spanned many jurisdictions across the nation, including Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
