[Professional Experience]

Ryan K. Rubin has been with Mannion & Gray since its inception. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, he splits his time between our Ohio and Kentucky offices.

Ryan was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Moreland Hills, Ohio. Graduating from Miami University in 2000, Ryan was a member of the Rugby team. He then earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003, where he competed on the National Mock Trial team, winning multiple victories in regional and national tournaments.

Ryan's practice has focused on cases involving complex issues and significant exposure. He has successfully taken to trial and obtained defense verdicts in both medical malpractice and products liability cases.

In addition to his trial experience, Ryan has completed hundreds of depositions in cases involving intricate medical, engineering, and regulatory issues. He has represented clients and practiced in Ohio, Kentucky, California, Illinois, Indiana, New York, South Carolina, and West Virginia.

Ryan is also a frequent lecturer. Most recently, he has lectured to physicians regarding HIPAA and medical malpractice, and he has been a repeat lecturer at conferences held by a national business organization.

Fueling and supporting Ryan’s interest in litigation involving injury and medical care have been his father, a highly regarded vascular surgeon, and his wife, a talented pediatric anesthesiologist.
